The Banned List and Limited List

This is a complete list of everything that is banned/ limited on this site. At the bottom of the page is a list of which admins posses which ability that can only be learnt from their character. Each Admin has been given 1 or 2 abilities of their chosing to make sure it isn't misused. For a Doujutsu such as Rinnegan since an Admin holds it if your character kills that admins character you'll be able to take the Rinnegan and transplant it into your own eyes for 4000 Ryou (2000 ryou per eye)
