Bingo Book rules and Template

Know this if you ask to be placed in the Bingo book your head will be constantly after. You can request if you want a kill or capture order for your character if you don't want them to die yet. But some of the higher shinobi won't have a choice. Each bingo Registration will be made by me aka Makai Kasai. If you wish to be registered pm me a link to your character and i will enter them in with the following details. Those that are A level and up will be automatically placed in here
